Another foodie spot to hit up in the seaside town of Bray, Bré.

It’s no secret at this stage – Bray is a great spot for a bitta grub. Whether you’re pining for a pizza or have a hankering for a speciality hot chocolate, there’s a spot for you – with no shortage of excellent pubs to chase everything down with a pint of plain at.

If you feel you’ve just about ticked off everywhere on your Bray bucket list and are wondering where you could possibly try next, listen up – The Palm Restaurant opens today, bringing with it an air of LA glamour to the seafront.

At least, that’s what we’re guessing based on the coffee machine.

So what can we expect?

From a peep at the menu, The Palm gives the vibe of A Nice Place For Dinner and Drinksâ„¢ with all the essential cocktail offerings (pornstar martinis, margaritas, Aperol Spritz, the works), as well as a carefully curated and fairly priced wine list (glasses start at €7, bottles at €26). On the food menu you’ve got a selection of pub grub classics (steak sandwich with peppercorn sauce, beef and Guinness Pie, wings, seafood chowder and so on), with a mix of curries and pasta dishes to choose from too. By the sounds of it, a great spot for family dinner or a cheeky date night.

The Palm Bray opens today (13th June) at 12pm.
