The nine best restaurants in Ireland have been announced for the 2023 Uber Eats awards.

The takeaway company shortlisted the nine restaurants alongside other lists across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Voting is open to the public to decide who out of the nine is the best and the winner of each regional list will then be invited to a judging day in London, hosted by Great British Bake Off host Prue Leith and Chef Monica Galetti.

With £200,000 (around €233,000) of prizes on the table, all shortlisted restaurants are competing to be crowned Restaurant of the Year and take home a whopping £100,000 (around €117,000) to invest in their business.
