Good news, speciality coffee lovers.

Last week, Dublin cafe Coffee Works teased the news of a fifth location, to the excitement of their loyal following.

Guesses of Tallaght, Terenure and even Craggy Island for the new spot populated the comments section, but it’s now been confirmed that the Royal County will be the home of the speciality cafe’s newest venture.

In a post on Instagram earlier today, the Coffee Works team wrote:

Trim, we’re coming!

Delighted to finally reveal our new location. We’ve been working on this for a while and can’t wait to open. We will announce our opening day and exact location very soon.

The post features a shot of a CW cup held up in front of Trim Castle. It’s yet to be confirmed whether the new cafe will be located within the castle itself but with the price of rent the way it is these days, a retail space on the main street would probably cost the same in fairness.

Coffee Works currently have locations in Lucan, Swords and Blanchardstown.

We’ll have our eyes peeled for an opening date and exact location announcement and in the meantime, Coffee Works are looking for staff for their new spot – if you’re interested, get applying HERE.
