Another bank holiday weekend is almost upon us.

Ever since the new addition of the February banker (thanks St Brigid), the three-day weekends have been coming at us in relatively quick succession and we’re in no way complaining.

However, if you’re looking to get your big shop done over the coming weekend, there are changes to some supermarket opening hours – we’ve rounded them up for you here:

Lidl is open from 8am to 10pm Monday through to Saturday and then from 9am until 9pm on Sunday. This can vary for some stores so just double check your local branch before heading out.

Aldi opening hours are also more or less the same as usual –¬†They’ll be open from 8am to 10pm on Saturday and Monday and from 9am to 9pm on Sunday.

Dunnes Stores are open from 7am until 10pm Friday and Saturday and on Sunday, they’re open from 8am until 10pm and on Monday from 9am until 9pm.

SuperValu opening times tend to vary from store to store but generally, they’re open from 8am to 10pm each day of the bank holiday weekend.

Tesco: Tesco stores usually open at 8am and close at 10pm from Monday to Saturday but on a Bank Holiday Monday, they close at 8pm instead of 10pm.

Each store’s opening hours can be located on their website.
