Dealz Is Selling €1.50 Engagement Rings Ahead Of Valentine’s Day

Dealz has just added a line of budget engagement rings to their range just in time for Valentine’s Day.

The ‘Bling Ring’ collection features four different designs priced at €1.50 each and they even come in a heart-shaped box.

They’re made with Cubic Zirconia and buyers can choose between silver and gold rings with a range of different stones.

But who is actually buying a €1.50 engagement ring for their beloved, you ask? More people than you might think, according to the budget brand.

A spokesperson for Poundland, the parent company of Dealz, told Press Association they’re meant to be used for the proposal “before they need to invest in the real rock”.

So the intention is that you propose with the budget ring and then let your partner choose their actual engagement ring themselves later on.

They explained, “These are beautiful placeholder rings because we know they’ll want to buy their own.

“We’re looking forward to the Poundland proposal becoming the way it’s done. Our bling ring is setting the scene for the real deal.”
