Only in Ireland could you create an instantly recognisable Lego sculpture of the president.
Unless you’ve been living under a Lego shaped rock you’re probably familiar with Dublin Bricks, the project by Dublin designer Gianni which sees him recreated beloved pubs and landmarks using the wee blocks. His incredibly detailed works of Lego art have paid homage Grogans, Kehoes and the Lord Edward to name a few, and have captured the hearts of Irish people everywhere over the last year or so.

Anyway, almost two years after the country fell in love with Dublin Bricks they’re back again with a new iconic Lego set, just in time for Christmas.

Gianni has only gone and captured Miggeldy, Bród and Misneach doing what they do best – frolicking in the grounds of Áras an Uachtaráin. It obviously helps that Michael D and his two beloved Bernese Mountain dogs are so iconic and identifiable but still, this brick based homage is seriously impressive.
If there’s a lego lover in your life, you might be intrigued to know you can order this set now from the Dublin Bricks WEBSITE, along with “Micro-Grogans”, “Micro-Kehoes”, and loads more. The perfect gift for someone living far away from home, missing these iconic Irish landmarks and figures. Let’s be honest with ourselves, who wouldn’t want a mini Miggeldy on their mantelpiece?
