Five Irish owned companies selling workout equipment

Alan Fisher

It’s been a long lockdown.

The gyms have been closed for a while which has left us looking how to keep fit on our own.

It isn’t easy but these few Irish owned business will definitely make it easier.

From resistance bands to foam rollers, we’ve got it all.

Here are five Irish owned companies selling workout equipment:

1) The Body Band

You ever get sick of using those rubber resistance bands?

Well, me too but fear no more.

These are a lot more comfortable and will not rip the hairs out of your legs.

2) Dublin Dumbbells

Well, are you looking to build them guns?

Dublin Dumbbells offer a range of dumbells. All you got to do is tell them what weight you are after.

3) Torpedo

Looking for barbells, dumbbells, or kettlebells? Why not get them all in one piece.

This hybrid concept isn’t on the market quite yet but will drop in March but you can pre-order yours now.

4) Flowstate

Who wants the coolest yoga mats around?

Well, here is your chance.

Flowstate was a passion project started by three friends that ended in these beautiful mats:

5) The Back Baller

I have this baby at home and it’s magic.

It’s a foam roller but the double roller helps support your back.

I think this could be really helpful for a lot of people especially working from home.

Postures may have got a bit flakey so this will help.
