Katie Taylor has shared the first in a series of boxing circuit videos which people can try at home over the next few weeks.
Anyone looking to keep fit while being stuck at home during the next few weeks could do worse than follow the advice of Bray boxing legend Katie Taylor. The Olympic gold medalist has taken to her social channels this evening to tell her followers that she will be posting a series of boxing circuits on her pages over the coming weeks. She adds that you can try them all at home without any equipment and she's even shared the first one without any prior warning so there's no time like the present to get started.
It starts off with some squats before moving on to punch outs, lunges, press-ups and everything in between and you can watch Katie's first lesson in the clip below...
