The Spa at Ashford Castle has been named Ireland’s Best Hotel Spa for an eighth consecutive year at the annual World Spa Awards.
With voting cast by consumers, the media and spa industry experts, The Spa at Ashford Castle was selected as number one from a shortlist that included 12 exceptional Irish hotel spas.

The Spa at Ashford Castle is the only hotel spa in Ireland to have achieved a Forbes Five-Star ranking, and features luxurious surrounds including five treatment rooms, a relaxation pool, steam room and a terrace area with magnificent views across Lough Corrib.
With a treatment menu that includes an invigorating Hammam (a Turkish steam bath), not often found in Ireland, the Ashford Castle Spa uses luxury Irish products from Voya, Red Carnation Hotels’ own B|Africa product range, along with the family-owned Spanish brand, Natura Bissé.
Ashford Castle is no stranger to recognition on a global scale – in April they made the Travel + Leisure list of the 500 best hotels in the world.
