The Age When You Have The Best Sex Of Your Life Has Been Revealed

If we had to guess, we would have said the best sex of our lives would probably happen while we’re young, wild and free.

But the sweet spot actually comes much later, according to Match.com’s Singles in America report.

Single women reported having their most enjoyable sexual experiences aged 66, while men were living their best [sex] lives aged 64.

Sex therapist Vanessa Marin told The Huffington Post that it’s all down to confidence.

“With my clients in their 20s and 30s, self-consciousness is a huge factor in why they aren’t able to enjoy sex.

“Younger people are too in their heads about what their bodies look like, how they’re performing and what their partner is thinking.

“Eventually, that wears off. Even between the 20s and the 30s, there’s already a significant decrease in self-consciousness.”
