Ok, so obviously you don’t actually have to be slim and perfect to wear a bikini or have a fab time at the beach.
But if you’re hoping to tone up in time for summer – apparently you’re running out of time.
Fitness enthusiast Lord M. took to Twitter to inform us all that we should be starting our body transformations right NOW.
Realistically it takes between 8-16 weeks to transform your body, which means if you want to be beach ready by June, you should be starting NOW!

“You’ll definitely see improvements after a week or two, but people usually aren’t ‘just 2 weeks away’ from their dream body when they get started,” he added.
He explained that we should start with our diet, eating nutritious foods and drinking plenty of water.
90% of the time you just gotta eat properly & get the appropriate exercise to get fit. You start missing workouts & you get further from your goal. Start slacking on your diet & you sabotage yourself. Get frustrated from doing either of those things and you may give up entirely.
