This Limerick restaurant serves a Christmas dinner PIZZA

Sarah Finnan

Christmas dinner has come early this year.

Christmas dinner pizza, that is.

We’re big fans of Christmas dinner here in the Lovin offices. I mean who isn’t in fairness?

But come day three of leftovers, we start to get a little tired of the same old same old. Relatable, right?

Finding inventive ways to use up the rest of your festive spread can be tough, but I think La Cucina in Limerick has absolutely nailed it.

Serving up a ‘Christmas Dinner Pizza’, they have managed to combine two of our favourite things into one delicious pie.

Toppings on the holiday favourite include turkey, ham, stuffing, brie and cranberry sauce.

It’s even served with a side of gravy.

As an avid Friends fan, it pains me to say it but I think this might just be better than Monica’s famous ‘Moist Maker’ sandwich.

Other festive eats on the menu are a ‘Christmas Dinner Brioche’ which consists of a pretzel bun, turkey, ham, stuffing, orange and cranberry mayo, deep-fried breaded brie (I’m drooling), chips and a side of gravy.

And a meal out is nothing if it isn’t followed by dessert.

Wash it down with their ‘Christmas Freakshake’. Packed full of sweetness, it’s made of a vanilla milkshake with cream, Christmas sprinkles, a Christmas doughnut, a candy cane and candy cane lollipops.

It’s almost too pretty to eat.

If you’d prefer something hot instead, opt for the Nutella hot chocolate. Because…well that doesn’t really need a reason does it?
