Tiger Roll made history today by becoming the first horse to win back-to-back Grand Nationals since Red Rum in 1973 and 1974.
Ridden by Davy Russell, the thoroughbred edged clear towards the end, prompting emotional scenes at Aintree as he crossed the finish line.
Russell was nabbed for an interview minutes after the victory and it was clear how much the victory meant to him. Struggling to find words, the Corkman thanked his entire team as he breathlessly tried to sum up what had just taken place.
Himself and Tiger have firmly clinched their place in the record books and even if you lost some money today you could hardly begrudge them. Take a look at the interview in full below.
"I can't believe it. Ah jaysus, I can't."
