Dreaming Of A White Christmas This Year? It’s Not Looking Great…

Sarah

Who doesn’t love the sheer buzz of pulling back the curtains on Christmas morning to discover that overnight, the world has transformed into a crisp white winter wonderland?

Snow just makes Christmas even more magical, but if you were hoping to feel the crunch of frost underneath your little feet next Monday then we’ve got some bad news…

Met Eireann’s weather report predicts that the weekend’s weather will be “mainly dull or cloudy and mild, with top temperatures staying around 10 to 12 degrees in light breezes.”

Christmas Eve will be mild with “outbreaks of rain” and Christmas Day itself will  be “unsettled with a spell of rain likely and turning cooler with frost overnight.”

Ugh. You can’t SNOWBOARD ON FROST.

Goddamit Santa, get your act together and give us a white Christmas, please?
