Here’s Everything You Need To Know About The Clocks Going Back

Twice a year the clocks change, which means that twice a year a LOT of people are either a whole hour late or a whole hour early.

Don’t get caught out this year. Saviour that extra hour. You deserve it.

When do they go back?

The clocks will go back one hour at 2am on Sunday morning, which means when you wake up at 10am, it’s actually only 9am! Fab.

What do I need to do?

Mobile phones, laptops, all those fancy gadgets will update automatically. You will need to set the time on microwaves and normal clocks.

Eh… WHY do they go back?

We’re now moving from Daylight Saving Time back to GMT (Greenwich Meantime). It was introduced in 1916 in order to save on candles in the morning in summertime by making mornings brighter, and evenings brighter in the winter.
