This year’s Toy Show takes place on Friday, 24th November.
The special pjs are in stock, the treat boxes are being carefully assembled and now, the time has come for Toy Show enthusiasts to enter the running for a place in the luckiest audience of the Irish tv calendar.
Applications are now open for seats in the Late Late Toy Show audience, which as usual will be allocated on a random selection basis to keep things as fair as possible.
This year’s Toy Show will be the first for new host Patrick Kielty, who steps into Ryan Tubridy’s jumper-wearing, Lego-assembling shoes after 14 long years.

Sharing the application form for this year’s audience, RTÉ wrote:
“Would you like to be in with a chance of winning audience tickets to the most magical night of the year? The Late Late Toy Show 2023 is happening this November 24th, and we want to hear from you!”
The form asks applicants for standard details like their names and home counties, as well as requests for unique talents, funny stories, Christmas wishes and passions/hobbies.
Hopeful attendees can apply just once, and will be contacted the week before the show if they’re successful. Tickets will be allocated on a random basis, and RTÉ have advised they no longer operate a waiting list for audience tickets.
You can apply for one of the coveted seats right here.
