The first weekend of March is set to be a baltic affair if Met Éireann are to believed and, to be fair, why would they lie?
Heavy downpours are expected on Friday which may lead to flooding and things are set to get worse as the weekend progresses.
Saturday and Sunday will see the cold weather continue with a mix of snow rain and heavy winds set to occur.
It’s not all bad though as intermittent sunny spells are being predicted throughout the weekend so there will be some opportunities to head out for some vitamin D.
Other than that, it’s looking like a Netflix kind of weekend.
