The Founder Of Corona Has Made Everyone In His Hometown Millionaires
Pass the limes and raise a corona
Antonino Fernández, the found of Corona beer, passed away in August aged 98 and the details of his will were revealed.
It has transpired that £169 million has been left to his impoverished hometown village of Cerezales del Condado in northwest Spain – which works out at £2 million per person.
The owner of the local bar, Maximino Sanchez told the Diario de León newspaper, "We never had any money before. I don’t know, what we would have done without Antonino."
Pass the limes and raise a Corona for Mr Fernández.
