If you were hoping that yesterday's sunny climes were set to continue for the week, we've got some bad news.
This morning has been very overcast and the latest update from Met Éireann suggests that things aren't going to be improving any time soon.
Tonight will be mild and humid with rain, drizzle and fog and a spell of heavy rain in all areas, with temperatures between 13 and 16 degrees.
Tomorrow there will be some sunny spells but these will be accompanied by local showers and strong evening winds in the west and north.
A mix of sunny spells, showers of rain and blustery winds seems to generally be the outlook for the rest of the week so maybe put those BBQ plans on hold.
Here's hoping it picks up in time for the weekend!
