Australian chefs Sammy & Bella have shared their favourite trick for keeping salad leaves crisp and delicious.
All they do is add a few scoops of black rice and it soaks up alllll the juices, leaving them with a fresh and edible lunch.
Plus it’s super good for you and has a delicious nutty flavour.
Maybe the week before payday won’t be quite so bad any more…
