While we got a weather warning that snow could be on the way to parts of Ireland yesterday, it was hard to get our hopes up of waking up to a winter wonderland.
But Bonniconlon, near the Mayo-Sligo border, was covered in a sheet of white fluffy snow – and it looks magical.

Met Eireann have issued a snow and ice warning until 12pm tomorrow so if you’re out, drive safely!
