Remember last weekend’s ‘heatwave’?
Yeah, me neither.
And we won’t be seeing anymore of it any time soon.
Met Éireann have issued a yellow weather warning for Wexford, Clare, Cork, Kerry and Waterford this weekend.
This warning will be in effect from 3pm today until 6pm tomorrow.
And while temperatures will remain in the teens there will be ‘unseasonably strong southwesterly winds’ throughout. As well as rough seas with some heavy thundery rain or showers at times also.
A potato blight warning has also been issued, and we know how badly that went for us last time…
Hide your kids, hide your wives.
