The Icelandic airline, Wow Air, has collapsed and cancelled all flights with immediate effect.
This comes as a ‘travel alert’ has appeared on their website informing people of the situation.
It reads, ‘WOW AIR has ceased operation. All WOW AIR flights have been cancelled.’
It then gives you further information about ‘how to get to your destination’ and ‘your rights’.
Although, nothing will really make up for cancelled flights, especially if you were due to leave in the near future.
The company came around in 2011 and flaunted their cheap flights, but in the first nine months of 2018 they posted a pre-tax loss of almost $42 million (around €37 million).
