They help us through a tough week in the (home) office, give us something to look forward to on the weekend and add a bit of excitement and spice to life, which is desperately needed right now.
So, it’s about time we said thanks to these wonderful establishments who feed us and brighten up our evenings.
It’s time to show them some love folks! And how are you going to do that? By voting for them in the Just Eat National Takeaways Awards, of course.
Reimagined as a fully digital event, this year’s edition of the Just Eat National Takeaway Awards aims to support independent restaurants that have been disproportionately impacted by Covid-19 and the resulting restrictions.
Not only will you be showing support for your favourite local takeaway restaurant, but every vote is an entry into a draw to win free takeaway for a whole year on Just Eat. Yes, a whole year. Terms & Conditions apply.
As well as the usual awards, there are three new categories being introduced to recognise the diversity and choice that emerged in 2020. They are Best Takeaway Dessert, Best Takeaway Cocktails and Community Hero.
The restaurant that wins ‘Best Takeaway Ireland’ category this year will win a media support package worth €20,000. If you think your local takeaway restaurant deserves that, make sure you cast your vote! You have until Wednesday, November 25 to do so here.
The final winners of the Just Eat National Takeaway Awards 2020 will be announced on Friday, November 27, 2020.
