The sights that can be taken in here are second to none. Get here on a good day, and you’ll be wowed.
2. Enniscrone Beach, Sligo
This stunning 5km beach gives you plenty of room to take in its views, from all angles.
3. Manmore Gap, Donegal
Prepare to feel small as you look out on this tranquil view.
4. Laher Stone Fort, Kerry
One of the best that Ireland has to offer, like something out of a travel guide.
5. Mizen Head, Cork
Get away from it all and lose yourself in between all the cliffs.
6. Slieve League Cliffs, Donegal
Feel on top of the world and visit these cliffs up North.
7. Comeragh Mountains, Wicklow
Putting on your hiking boots will all be worth it when you get up to this viewpoint, I swear.
8. Blasket Islands, Kerry
Maybe after taking in the spectacular views, you can go for a quick surf?
9. Old Head of Kinsale, Cork
The popular golfing spot is also home to one of the best views in Ireland.
10. Cliffs of Moher, Clare
I couldn’t make this list and not include the Cliffs of Moher. They may be a bit of a cliché, but for a reason.
11. Dun Aonghasa, Aran Islands
This prehistoric hill fort has stood the test of time, remaining one of Ireland’s best viewpoints, perfect for a panorama.
12. Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, Antrim
You may recognise this one from the opening credits of a certain TV show about a certain Game of Thrones. The bridge is known to be shaky, but do it for views.
