Ireland’s Favourite Food County Has Been Revealed

A Facebook survey carried out by Love Irish Food has revealed Cork to be Ireland’s favourite food county.

The Rebel County beat off stiff competition from Dublin, which finished second and Wexford which came in third. We reckon the coastal locations shared by the three counties may have had something to do with it. 

In other news the same survey, which received over 2,100 votes, revealed that dinner is Ireland’s favourite meal of day finishing ahead of, presumably, breakfast and lunch. 

Meanwhile, tea is the most missed product by Irish people living abroad, followed by butter and bread.
