Ireland Is Officially The ‘Best Luxury Destination’ In The World

Ireland, you've done it again, our gorgeous little island has just won the 'Best Luxury Destination' in the entire world.   

Luxury travel magazine Travel+Leisure India & South Asia has over 260,000 readers who vote annually to decide the best locations on the planet for those with the travel bug. At the award ceremony last night, Ireland managed to come out on top in luxury.

We were up against some pretty stiff competition too, there were a whopping 55 contenders – including France, Spain and the USA – but the li'l old Emerald Isle punched above its weight once again.

I guess we can see where all our international admirers are coming from...
