We all know that pancakes are the ultimate nourishment for the soul - savoury, sweet, plain, who cares - they are little panfried circles of pure joy and we're so grateful to have them in our lives.
Pancakes with a view, though. That's a whole other level of amazement.
And this heavenly combination exists in our very own Donegal, where you can munch on some of the tastiest pancakes in the country while soaking up the scenery.
And wow. Just look at the view.
You can thank the Happy Camper Glenveagh, a restored vintage campervan that cooks up yummy treats in the rolling hills of Glenveagh, Donegal.
Our Donegal lass in the office told us about this local secret last week, and she swears that their pancakes are some of the best you can get.
Sisters Maria and Jane McCormack, from Churchill, set up The Happy Camper van last year and ever since it's become huuuugely popular with both tourists and locals who stop by on their way through Glenveagh National Park, where the van is located on the Termon side.
Tables and chairs set up outside mean you can gorge on your sweet treats in the fresh countryside air, and their pancakes are so legendary they've even started to sell their 'secret pancake mix'.
Try not to drool at some of the divine creations on offer:
This "Sweetza" looks SO good
This sweet little place also serves fresh cups of Lavazza coffee if you're in need of some liquid caffeine to wash down all those pancakes.
The people working at the cafe are always full of smiles and great craic, and sometimes there's even impromptu jam sessions with local musicians.
People in Donegal are the best <3
The Happy Camper Glenveagh can be found here Tuesdays to Sundays.
Best view in the whole of Ireland? 100%.
