Surf n Turf on a burger… sign us up.

The Black Market in Cork welcomed two new bars this week, but not for alcohol. Egg Bar and Burger Bar officially launched on Thursday 28th April, making the Monaghan Road market a hot spot for Cork foodies this bank holiday weekend. While we have already focused on brunch spot Egg Bar HERE, we’re now turning our attention to Burger Bar, and boy, do we like what we see.

Burger Bar produces premium style burgers, whether they be for meatheads, using only the best Angus beef patties, or for veggies, using the game-changing Beyond Meat. Burger bar has all the classics, like the bacon cheeseburger and buttermilk chicken, as well as some new dishes, like the surf n turf, with a beef patty and battered scampi.

If you want to enjoy a burger in the comfort of your own home, Burger Bar is also available on Deliveroo.

This new burger joint is open at The Black Market in Cork from 12pm to 8pm, Thursday to Sunday.
