Passengers Advised To Check With Airlines As Cold Weather Affects Flights

James Fenton

Cork seems to have gotten an awful dose of the snow over the past couple of days with a number of traffic issues resulting from the poor weather.

Accordingly, Cork Airport has issued advice to passengers who are scheduled to fly in or out of the city in the coming days. A post on the airport’s Twitter account urges flyers to ‘check with their airline for the most up to date flight information.’

Up in Dublin, meanwhile, passengers have been told that they won’t be charged extra parking fees if their flights are delayed.

A yellow weather warning is in place until Saturday with temperatures set to plummet further before then.
