Roy Keane is back on our screens as a Euro 2020 pundit with ITV and it hasn’t his colleagues long to give the Corkman a bit of a slagging over his fashion choices.
Keano was covering the France v Germany game last night alongside his old muckers Patrick Vieira and Ian Wright. As always with Wrighty, he couldn’t wait to have a light-hearted dig at the former Manchester United captain and when he did, Roy was left uncharacteristically speechless.
According to Wright, the design on Keane’s sleeve resembled a captain’s armband and his wearing of it was a display 0f alpha male dominance over his old Arsenal rival Vieira, with whom he shared some famous on-screen battles during his heyday.
Wright and Keane have become known for an on-screen bromance that almost came to a head during the 2018 World Cup. Relive that moment here and check out Wrighty’s latest pop at his old mate below…

Judging by Keano’s latest Insta post, he won’t be able to stay angry at Ian for too long…

We’re still only five days into Euro 2020 so there’s bound to be plenty more back and forth before the end. Bring it on.
