Copenhagen is certainly not short of amazing places to get a coffee, take a break or even have a meeting – in fact there are a couple of hundred places to choose from. There are a few vitally important things when looking for a place with free Wi-Fi to work, which are:

    Cafe Plenum works are self-service so you have to go up to the tills to order. Their staff are renowned for being super-friendly and they’re open from 9am-2am which makes it the perfect place to settle down for a few hours and get a ton of work done. They also serve alcohol, so if at any point you feel like you deserve a chilled beer or glass of wine – they’ll be happy to oblige.

    If you’re looking for somewhere with a bit of atmosphere and good vibes, then this is right up your alley. And besides the great coffee and free Wi-Fi – they’re food is incredible so you won’t have to nip off anywhere else to get your fill.

    Kaffe is ideal if you’re looking to get a quick coffee and get a bit of work done. This small hipster haven serve up some of the best coffee in Copenhagen so you’ll be energised enough to take on your work.

    This is one of the larger cafes in the capital. It’s located next to the university and filled to the brim with books and cosy corners to set up camp for the day with you laptop and endless cups of coffee and even beer. and even if you don’t want to work, it’s the perfect place to people watch and really take in the cosmopolitan feel of the city.

    When you head in here you won’t be able to ignore the fact that there are also another dozen or so people working remotely on their laptops. Be sure to get in here early to get a seat, and once you do enjoy one of their coffees, their free Wi-Fi and tuck into their delicious menu.

    Bevar’s is a favourite for those who work remotely in Copenhagen – and here’s why – the free Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the space is quiet and there are power outlets everywhere you turn here so no fear of your laptop or phone dying!

    Not only is this place open from 9am-1am, you can also pop down with all your dirty laundry and leave having finished your work, eaten, eaten, gotten your caffeine fix and even with your clean clothes in hand. What more can you ask for? The hipster vibes come as a free addition, making it a very popular spot for many locals. Can’t go wrong here.

    Not only can you find some cool events on here – it’s a non-profit cafe, meaning that the staff work for free and any money made goes to charities and other good causes. It makes the perfect place to sit down and work remotely for a few hours and not be disturbed. It almost feels like you’re sitting in a break-out area in an office, not a coffee shop – so you actually get loads of work done.
