Ryanair Has Done Something Awful Sound For Some Of Its Customers

Darragh Berry

You want this sort of service from your airline and Ryanair’s gesture towards their Liverpool (and Manchester City fans, if there’s any in Ireland) customers is top class.

The airline announced on Thursday that it would be putting on extra flights to accommodate Liverpool fans who are travelling over the pond to watch their team play in the Champions League.

A crucial tie at home against Manchester City awaits on April 4 and the airline has decided to put a flight on from Dublin Airport at 3:15 on Wednesday, April 4 – which will get you in Merseyside in plenty of time ahead of the 7:45pm kick-off.

The return flight then departs at 2:45pm the following day.

At the time of writing, prices for these flights were around €90 for both the departing and return flights excluding any extra fees.

Ryanair said that there has been “huge demand from fans” to put on extra flights so that they can go and see the mighty reds in their stomping ground.

However, Robin Kiely, Head of Communications has told people that they need to act fast and book early to avoid missing out.

So GO, GO, GO.
