The “world’s first self catering pub” that went for ren on AirBnB in 2012 and has been a massive hit is now up for sale.
Erron and Dave Slingsby bought the property over 13 years ago and began to list their home which is a converted rural pub in Co. Tipperary on AirBnB but are now putting it on the market, according to the Irish Independent.
After having visitors from all over the world and gaining worldwide attention, it is bound to make a nice home or business opportunity for someone.
The converted Conroy’s Old Bar is located in Aglish which is just outside of Roscrea and hasn’t been open to the public or sold alcohol publicly since 2003.
The English couple converted the space into what is now their home and you can rent it on the popular rental site from €100 a night.
Have a look:
You can now buy the converted pub for yourself for €260,000, as listed on Douglas Newman Good.
It would be a very interesting buy – and you could look at renting it out on AirBnB as well with its growing popularity.
