You might remember last week that we told you about six steps that could help you lose 2Kg in one week?

Well, these steps have been expanded on by experts and they suggest that following these two very simple rules will help you shed almost a stone in the space of a month.

These two very important steps come into play in the morning time and could be the big difference in starting your daily weight loss regime with a bang.

According to Times Now News, drinking warm water first thing in the morning and never EVER skipping breakfast could help you on the way to losing 5kg in one month.

Drinking warm water in the morning not only helps you reduce weight but it also helps improve digestion and overall health.

It's easy to do, and they recommend "adding freshly squeezed lemon juice to your glass of warm water and drink it first thing in the morning."

They state that you will feel the difference when you begin practicing the habit daily.

The second is never skipping breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day and although you may think you're doing the better without it, you are wrong.

"It is said that breakfast triggers a process called thermogenesis, which stimulates your metabolism. Many studies have shown that eating a meal in the morning boosts your metabolism more than eating the same meal in the evening."

So adding these two steps in along with your other six new steps means that you could be well on your way to reaching your goals by the end of the month.
