Fancy putting your knowledge of Irish county names to the test? Have a go at our quiz which is bound to get most of you scratching your heads.
The aim is to translate all 32 counties from English to Irish in under 10 minutes. Sound simple? It’s not.
Of course spellings matter, we wouldn’t let you get away that easily. If you’re a fluent Irish speaker, this shouldn’t be a problem and if you’re not we hope you’ve been paying attention to road signs and GAA jerseys.
