How do you like your eggs in the morning?

Eggs accompanied with sour dough toast, sweet potatoes, hazelnut dukkah and even salsa have topped the list as Ireland’s most beloved egg dishes ordered from some of Ireland’s favourite cafés and restaurants, according to data from Deliveroo.

The most popular choice was a dish from Brother Hubbard with soft fried eggs, while four other top picks included scrambled eggs. 

Despite the current trend for poached eggos and Benedicts, only one of the dishes was made with poached eggs.

 Here’s the full list of the nations favourite egg dishes to order:
