Filming for this summer’s instalment of Love Island starts this week, meaning it’s almost that time of year when it returns to our screens.
Host Caroline Flack confirmed on Instagram that she’s going to meet with this year’s contestants later this week and will be keeping fans up to date on all the latest news.
The presenter told her followers via her Instagram Stories, "What's really exciting about this week is that we start filming for Love Island 2019.
"And by the end of the week I'm going to have potentially seen the cast for this year which is really exciting - and mad that's it's come around this fast.
"So I'll let you know what happens. It's going to be a long, hot summer and all that.”
ITV bosses haven’t confirmed yet when the hit show will be back on air but judging from previous years, it’s likely to be around the first week in June.
