Dingle has always been a great spot for coffee lovers, and it’s just gotten better with this dotey new horse box café.
Cáis cafe pulled up outside Dick Mack’s pub at the end of last year, and since then has been supplying the Dingle Peninsula with tasty coffees made with local organic milk from Ardfert Dairy, and delish sourdough toasties with homemade chutney, pickle and pesto.

Pretty much every part of Dingle town is extremely instagrammable, and Cáis is no exception.

Too cute, especially on a sunny day!
Also worth checking out are these dreamy looking hot chocolates topped off with massive melty meringues (so good they’re bringing back my LC english alliteration skills). Seriously, check these babies out:

Talk about a hug in a cup.
Cáís are open Tuesday – Sunday and are definitely worth hitting up during your trip to Dingle. Do it for the gram, and for one of those deadly ho-chos.
