Ireland’s capital and claimed-capital, Dublin and Cork, have both been included in a list of the top 100 cities in the world for millennials to dwell in.

The study, conducted by online housing platform Nestpick, shows thousands of cities around the world that are considered to be incredibly well-suited to millenial life.

Dublin and Cork come in at 33rd and 61st place respectively, which isn’t too shabby considering we’re up against the rest of the world.

The requirements to be considered a thriving millenial-worthy city are that:

  • It must have a thriving business eco-structure
  • It must allow affordable access to the essentials that young people need to survive
  • It also must have a sense of openness and tolerance that is increasingly prevalent in the 21st century
  • and, It must offer a chance for millennials to kick back and relax

Amsterdam came out on top, followed by Berlin, Munich, Lisbon and Antwerp.
