Sometimes a few tasty, fruity recipes that can be thrown together in minutes are all you want.
This is essentially a glorified glass of cream with a few berries lashed in, but it tastes unreal, so who’s complaining?
This is the perfect easy dessert to serve up after a heavy dinner (so maybe bookmark it for the weekend).
All you need is four simple ingredients.
Add half your packet of blueberries to a medium heat pan with a good squeeze of honey.
When the blueberries have broken down into an oozy, dark purple, squishy mess take them off the heat.
Whip all of your cream until nice and thick, but not too thick. It should still be a little loose. A good tip is that if you over whip the cream, stir in some milk and it should loosen it out again for you.
Start layering your fool with some cream, greek yoghurt, cooked blueberries and few few fresh blueberries.
Go in for your second layer of the same.
Finally top with some fresh blueberries.
Lash this together for some friends and watch how impressed they’ll be with this totally dummy-proof dessert, a classic.
