If you’re thinking about trying out something new and healthy for the weekend then why not try out this breakfast recipe? It takes about 2 minutes to make, tastes really fresh and fruity and is jam packed full of healthy goodness.
This is mostly an assembly job bar a little bit of mashing. Starting your day with this will put a pep in your step for the weekend!
Instructions
Step 1
Mash a handful of raspberries (keep a few whole for later) in a bowl with a fork. Stir in a teaspoon of honey.
Step 2
Get a glass and layer in a dollop of greek yoghurt and then your mashed raspberries.
Step 3
Then sprinkle in a tablespoon of oats and a teaspoon of seeds. Keep layering up the glass with yoghurt, raspberries, oats and seeds until you reach the top.
Step 4
When you reach the top then scatter the remaining whole raspberries on top.
Step 5
Enjoy!
It couldn’t be much easier than that and you can always use strawberries or blackberries instead if you have them.
