This extremely aesthetically pleasing one has just opened its hatch in beautiful Clonaslee, county Laois, and it seems like it’s already a hit.

Female-run Hikers & Bikers opened up over the weekend and is already proving to be a hit with believe it or not, hikers and bikers. Pouring Anam coffee (roasted in the Burren) and serving tasty sambos, this cute green truck is a fab addition to Clonaslee village. There are lots of seats for sitting outside and soaking up a bitta summer sun, and they even have guides on their insta for gorge walks around the area, so you can live your best coffee-and-walk life! A lovely touch.

They’ve got a lovely friendly vibe even from their online presence, and are definitely worth hitting up if you’re in the area. We can’t wait to visit!
