Love Island has recently been shaken up by the introduction of six new boys and six new girls but rumours have started circulating about the inclusion of the key witness in the Belfast Trial involving Paddy Jackson and Stuart Olding in the show.
Dara Florence, who took the stand at the trial in 2018 has denied rumours that she will be appearing in the hit ITV 2 and 3e show.
Florence had received loads of messages about heading on the show and screenshotted them on her Instagram account with a caption saying that she “was getting asked about Love Island every day. What? Can we not?”
An ITV spokesman told Belfast Live that: “No, there are no current plans for her to enter the villa.”
Florence first came into the public spotlight when she gave her testimony at the Belfast Trial. She said that she allegedly walked in on Jackson and Olding with the complainant in a threesome in June 2016.
She said that there did not appear to be signs of distress.
Both Jackson and Olding were found not guilty.
