Soon to join the fun out in Wicklow, Niall Sabongi will be bringing his famous Salty Buoy food truck to not one but two new Greystones locations.

There’s a new fish in town… or at least there will be very soon as The Salty Buoy has announced plans to bring the show on the road to Greystones in the coming days/weeks.

Headed up by Dublin chef and restaurant owner Niall Sabongi, the seafood-focused food truck first started doing the rounds this past summer. Serving up everything from lobster rolls to shucked oysters, crab and fresh fried fish, the menu has gone down a treat with seafood lovers.

Gearing up to get back on the road, the team has been looking for new locations to trial – confirming Greystones as their next port of call.

Not just one location but 2!! So delighted!! We will be out soon with lots of seafood cooked up in salty and might even have @SSI_WHOLESALE with us a couple of days a week!”

More details to follow so keep an eye on their social media for further info. Lucky are those who find themselves within 5km of their new locations.

Remember to always stick to public health guidelines if leaving the house – you can find more details on current Level 5 restrictions here.
