We’re all partial to a Snapchat filter or two, whether your pick is the classic dog ears or maybe a sneaky voice changer.
They’re great for adding location tags to your snaps, to rub it in people’s faces when you’re on your holliers.
While everywhere in Ireland already has a geofilter on Snapchat, they now have a geofiler for every county in Ireland in Irish.
The plans for tags as Gaeilge were announced almost a year ago and have only just now come into place.
Conradh na Gaeilge were one of the first to announce – and rejoice – in the news.
#Gaelsnap Scagairí Tíreolaíochta #Gaeilge Ar Fáil ar #Snapchat Anois! ???????????? Buíochas le @Snapchat & na dearthóirí uile https://t.co/9WZegZaP8d pic.twitter.com/bE4bHyKvG9

To avail of the new filters, all you need to do is update your app and then turn on location, like normal.
Happy snapping!
