It’s a big day for gig announcements, the latest being that Iron Maiden is coming to Belfast’s Belsonic in 2020.

The heavy metal band announced that they’re set to return to Northern Ireland for a headline show at Belfast’s Belsonic in Ormeau Park on June 15.

Iron Maiden achieved initial success during the 1980s but they’ve enjoyed enduring popularity with somewhat of a cult following. Considered to be one of the most successful heavy metal bands in history, they have over 90 million album sales and more than 2,000 live performances already under their belt.
