Christmas FM Is Officially Back In Our Lives This Week

Lovin' Media

It’s that time of year again – the highly anticipated return of Christmas FM.

The hugely popular radio station which raises hundreds of thousands of euro for charity each year, will launch at lunchtime on Tuesday, November 28 2017 bringing you all of the festive music you need to get in the Christmas spirit.

This year, Christmas FM will be raising awareness and funds for the global charity Sightsavers, who aim to give the gift of sight this Christmas, saving over 5,000 people worldwide from a life of blindness, by providing sight-restoring operations.

Just €36 can provide a sight-restoring operation for an adult, giving them back their sight and often allowing them to return to work and look after their family again. ‘Tis the season to give back, and Christmas FM are doing that in droves – and they’d love you to too!

Vogue Williams, TV personality and Christmas FM Ambassador 2017 says: “I’m thrilled to be a part of Christmas FM this year and love Sightsavers work. I always love tuning in when I’m at home in Dublin – it’s the perfect soundtrack for getting you into the Christmas party season! It’s exciting to see the station launch in the UK this year and I can’t wait to have Christmas music playing 24/7!”

The main radio frequencies for Christmas FM are Dublin City and County 105.2FM, Cork 106.7FM, Galway 87.7FM, Kildare 88.1FM, Kilkenny 104.3, Letterkenny 105.7, Limerick and North Tipperary 105.5FM, Midlands North 101.6FM, North East 99.4FM, South East 103.8FM, Tralee / Killarney 105FM, Wicklow North 107.3FM, Wicklow South 106.6FM.

Christmas FM will also broadcast on Virgin Media Channel 900 and available online on their website and on their Facebook page.
