If you’re lucky enough to be heading down to Stradbally this weekend, you’ll be delighted to hear that it’s looking fairly decent weather-wise.

While there’s a chance of some showers on Friday evening, the rest of the weekend is forecast to be mainly dry and sunny.

Met Eireann said:

“Friday is looking mainly dry and bright in many areas, but with a risk of some rain for a time in southern counties.

“Temperatures between 15 and 19 degrees at highest in light to moderate southeasterly winds, the winds fresher around coasts. Overnight there is the risk of some outbreaks of rain countrywide.”

Sunday is likely to be mostly cloudy but the good news is that there could be highs of 18°C.
