It’s Good Friday and a large chunk of the working population will enjoy a day off today. Well for some, delighted for ya.
It seems like the commemoration of Jesus’ crucifixion couldn’t have fallen at a better time with Met Éireann predicting temperatures of 23 degrees today.
The forecast says that it will be ‘dry today and warm in many areas with hazy sunshine and afternoon temperatures of 18 to 22 or possibly 23 degrees’
The good weather is set to continue tomorrow and Easter Sunday will see the mercury rise to the 20s once more. There will be a slight drop on Monday but all in all it’s looking like a very pleasant weekend ahead.
